Orders are shipped within 48 business hours after payment validation

Tracking

A confirmation email with a tracking number is sent to you as soon as your order is shipped

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return an item to us, without having to justify your decision.

Conditions for accepting a return:
• Item in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, undamaged
• Original packaging intact with its tags
• Any worn, damaged, or soiled item will be refused and returned to the sender

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (still under discussion but let's go with that for now)
• Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days after receipt and inspection
